1. Children who complete 3 years and 4 years of age by July 31 (as the case may be )are eligible for admission to L.K.Gand UXO respectively.
2. Children who complete 5 years and 10 years 3 July 31 of the academic year are eligible for admiss and VI std respectively.
3. Those who secure admission will have school fees on the same day itself and produce the following certificates and testimonials
4. Students will be admitted to the class for which they are found fit, but the Principal has full authority to demote a student to lower class, if his progress in the class to which he has been provisionally admitted is found not satisfactory.
5. In no case can admission be granted as a matter of course. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The schools have adopted an "open-door policy" and parents are welcome to come into schools at any time to discuss their child's progress with the Principal or Class teacher. It would be appreciated if a mutually convenient appointment were arranged beforehand. Circulars are sent periodically to parents containing pertinent information.
It is only through effective communication between all three parties that this partnership can be achieved.
Parents play a very significant part at Nava Bharath, not least because of the unusual nature of the school's governance.
The medium of instruction in all classes is English. Tamil Language as compulsory and Hindi Language as optional are taught from L.K.G. upwards
